# Privacy notice

## 1. Who we are

This website, raas.industries, presents OmniFleet RaaS, a robotics-as-a-service operator for Central and Eastern Europe.

The data controller for personal data collected through this website is:

OmniFleet RaaS SRL, the company that will operate the RaaS business, is currently in formation. Once it is registered it will become the controller for personal data collected through this website, and the data described in this notice will be transferred to it. We will update this notice and the details above when that happens.

## 2. What personal data we collect

We collect only what you give us. We do not buy contact lists and we do not enrich your data from third-party data brokers.

**When you submit the vendor or customer form:**

- First name and last name
- Email address (required)
- Company name
- Country or region
- Website address
- Your industry, or the robot categories you build or are interested in
- The type of organisation you identify yourself as
- The message you write to us

**Automatically, when you use the site:**

- A record of your consent choices, including the date and time and the wording you agreed to
- Technical data associated with your visit: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and the page that referred you

We do not ask for and do not want special category data — information about health, ethnicity, religion, political opinions, trade union membership, sexual orientation or biometric data. Please do not include such information in the message field.

## 3. Why we use your data, and our legal basis

Replying to your enquiry does not depend on consenting to marketing, or to analytics. If you tick only the box that lets us store and process your data, we will still answer you.

## 4. Who has access to your data

We keep the circle deliberately small.

- **HubSpot** — our customer relationship management and email system, and the platform that hosts this website, acting as our processor. Your data is stored in HubSpot’s European Union data centre.
- **Google** — Google Workspace for our email and documents, and Google Analytics for website measurement, both acting as our processors under Google’s data processing terms. Google Analytics is configured so that it stores nothing on your device and collects no measurement data until you agree to analytics cookies. We have switched off the settings that would share our analytics data with Google for its own products, advertising or benchmarking.
- **Professional advisers** — lawyers or accountants, where we need advice and your data is genuinely relevant.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not pass your commercial information to robot manufacturers or to other partners without telling you first and, where required, asking you.

## 5. Transfers outside the European Union

Our processors are United States companies. HubSpot stores our data in the European Union; Google Analytics may process measurement data outside the European Union. Where data leaves the EU, the transfer is covered by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, and where applicable by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. You can ask us for details of the safeguards that apply.

## 6. How long we keep your data

- **An enquiry that leads to a commercial relationship:** for the duration of that relationship and for five years afterwards, so we can answer questions about it and meet our accounting and legal obligations.
- **An enquiry that does not lead anywhere:** twenty-four months from your last contact with us, then deleted.
- **Marketing consent records:** for as long as you remain subscribed, and for three years after you unsubscribe, as evidence that the consent existed.
- **Analytics and website data:** up to fourteen months.

## 7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

- ask what personal data we hold about you and get a copy of it;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data deleted, where we have no overriding reason to keep it;
- ask us to restrict how we use your data while a question about it is resolved;
- receive your data in a portable, machine-readable format;
- object to processing we carry out on the basis of our legitimate interests;
- withdraw your consent to marketing or to analytics at any time — every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, the cookie settings on this site let you withdraw analytics consent, and withdrawing consent does not affect processing that already took place.

To exercise any of these, write to [privacy@raas.industries](mailto:privacy@raas.industries). We will reply within one month. There is no charge.

If you believe we have handled your data badly, you may complain to the Romanian supervisory authority: **Autoritatea Națională de Supraveghere a Prelucrării Datelor cu Caracter Personal (ANSPDCP)**, B-dul G-ral. Gheorghe Magheru 28-30, Bucharest, [dataprotection.ro](https://www.dataprotection.ro). You may also complain to the supervisory authority in your own country of residence.

## 8. Cookies and tracking

This site uses cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work, and analytics cookies set by HubSpot and by Google Analytics — including identifiers that link a form submission or a repeat visit to the visits that preceded it.

Analytics cookies are not strictly necessary, so we ask for your agreement before any of them are set. Until you agree, Google Analytics runs with storage denied and writes nothing to your device. You can change your mind at any time through the cookie settings on this site, and we honour Global Privacy Control signals sent by your browser. Refusing analytics cookies does not stop you from using the site or from contacting us.

## 9. Changes to this notice

We will update this notice when what we do with personal data changes — in particular when OmniFleet RaaS SRL is registered and becomes the controller. The date at the top always shows the current version.
