Our customers sign for uptime and response times; we own the deployment, the service and the customer relationship. We partner with proven manufacturers to bring their platforms to market across Western, Central and Eastern Europe.

## The operator model

We do not resell hardware. We sign service contracts with end customers and run the fleet that delivers them — which turns one-off equipment sales into fleet orders from a single, accountable operator.

### The manufacturer builds

You design and produce the robot and its software. We qualify the platform for European sites and customers.

### OmniFleet operates

We deploy, integrate, monitor and service the fleet under one contract with the end customer, with field support run from our Bucharest hub.

### The customer pays for availability

A monthly service fee tied to uptime and response time — an operating cost for the customer, not a capital purchase.
